Editor’s note — delete this block before publishing. This is a structure, not finished terms. Commercial terms, refund rights, IP licensing and liability all need a lawyer familiar with your jurisdiction and your brokerage agreements. Publishing an unreviewed skeleton is worse than publishing nothing, because it looks binding and is not.
These terms govern your use of rizvante.com and the services offered through it.
By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site. Services are provided by [full legal entity name, registration number, registered address] (“Rizvante”, “we”, “us”).
1. What we provide
Rizvante provides business development services to introducing brokers, trading technology including Expert Advisors, market analysis published for education, and structured trading courses.
Rizvante is not a broker. It does not hold client funds, execute orders, act as counterparty, manage accounts, or provide investment advice. See the disclaimer and the risk disclosure, which form part of these terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of these services, and any trading you undertake, is lawful where you live. We may decline or withdraw service where we believe this is not the case.
3. Partnership applications
Submitting an application creates no obligation on either side. We may accept or decline any application at our discretion and are not required to give reasons. Acceptance does not entitle you to any minimum commission, income or client volume.
Where a partnership is agreed, its commercial terms will be set out in a separate written agreement which prevails over this page. [Confirm.]
4. Courses and paid services
[Set out: fees and currency; what access includes and for how long; delivery method; the refund and cancellation policy including any statutory cooling-off period that applies; what happens if a course is rescheduled or withdrawn.]
Course access is granted to you personally and may not be shared, resold or redistributed.
5. Trading technology
Where Rizvante supplies an Expert Advisor or similar tooling, it is licensed to you for your own use. You may not decompile, resell, redistribute or sublicense it. [Confirm licence scope, term, number of accounts, and what happens on termination.]
You remain responsible for the configuration you run, the capital you commit and the risk parameters you set. Automated systems can fail, and can fail without obvious symptoms. You are responsible for monitoring your own account.
6. Acceptable use
You must not:
- present Rizvante material as your own, or resell it
- describe yourself as an employee, agent or authorised representative of Rizvante without written permission
- market any Rizvante service using guaranteed-return, risk-free or similar claims
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or interfere with its operation
- use the services for any unlawful purpose, including circumventing applicable financial regulation
The second and third points apply particularly to partners. If you promote a Rizvante-supported brokerage relationship using guaranteed-outcome language, we may terminate the partnership immediately.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, design, code, graphics, course material and the Rizvante name and marks — belongs to Rizvante or its licensors. You may read and share links to it. You may not copy, adapt or republish it commercially without written permission.
Third-party names and marks, including brokerage and platform trademarks, belong to their owners.
8. Third-party relationships
Your trading account is a contract between you and your broker. We are not party to it, and we are not responsible for their execution, funding, withdrawals, platform availability or complaint handling. See the broker disclosure.
9. Privacy
Our handling of personal data is set out in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or withdraw access where these terms are breached, where we are required to by law, or where we reasonably believe continued service would cause harm. [State notice periods and any effect on fees paid.]
11. Liability
[To be drafted by a qualified lawyer. Must not purport to exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Trading losses are the user's own; that point should be made clearly and separately from any general exclusion clause, because a court may strike the general clause while the specific allocation of trading risk survives.]
12. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be dated below, and where a change affects an existing paid service or partnership we will notify you directly.
13. Governing law
[State governing law and the forum for disputes.]
